THE RIDGEWOOD CONSERVATORY'S EARLY CHILDHOOD
MUSIC, DANCE AND ART SUMMER CAMP

Nature and the Arts is TRC's new summer camp for three-six year olds, offering your child the opportunity to experience the wonders of nature through music, dance and art.

Scheduled as a two-week session, Nature and the Arts provides a fun-filled yet educational introduction to the cultural arts. In order to assure level-appropriate activities designed to meet their developmental and social needs, campers will be grouped according to age – three, four and five/six year olds.

If you're new to The Ridgewood Conservatory, our Nature and the Arts summer camp is a great opportunity for your child to try out our Early Childhood programs before enrolling for the Fall semester.

Each day, your child will enjoy participating in all three delightful programs (and a healthy snacktime!):

MUSIC Exploring the sounds and rhythms by singing and playing percussion instruments.
DANCE Imitating the movement of flora, fauna and weather through dance.
& ART Recreating the ways artists have depicted nature using color, shape and texture.

To celebrate your child's accomplishments, there will be a Camp Finale
for family and friends on the last day of each two-week session!

CAMP HOURS: 9:30AM - 12:00PM, MONDAY THRU THURSDAY*
SESSION 1: JULY 5-14, 2011 • SESSION 2: JULY 18-28, 2011

*During the week of 7/4, camp will be held Tuesday-Friday to accommodate the July 4th weekend.
