Private Instrument, Vocal and Acting Instruction offers the student untold benefits. Many use the time to focus on improving their overall musicianship in addition to practicing for a special performance. Others are interested in exploring new musical styles. For the novice, private instruction provides the opportunity to get a head-start on the fundamentals before participating in a school music program in the Fall. Caring one-on-one instruction is offered on woodwinds, brass, strings, piano, percussion, guitar, voice and acting by our faculty of world-class virtuosi.
Private Theory and Musicianship Instruction is designed to teach the fundamentals of music using theory, composition, ear training and music literature. Students will gain a comprehensive and useful knowledge of music principles, enhancing both their musical awareness and performance.
Composition, Music History, Audition Preparation and AP Music Theory Coaching is available for our more advanced students who are preparing for school, band, orchestra or professional careers in music.
Private Ballet Instruction offers the student-dancer the opportunity to focus on improving his or her overall technique, learn new skills, or prepare for an upcoming performance or audition. Taught by Lisa Giannone, private instruction is offered at all levels, from beginner to advanced, as well as in pointe.
